We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any of our kittens to anyone, at anytime, and for any or no reason

A holding fee of $100.00 is required for each kitten. The holding fee is your commitment to that animal and your agreement to our terms. A holding fee is not transferable and is non-refundable. When the kitten is ready, the holding fee is be applied towards the purchase price.

All kittens are guaranteed healthy at the time of sale, but can not be after leaving our home. They are indoor pets only!!

We prefer to have your veterinarian do the vaccinations and for you to take them to the vet within four (4) days of purchase.

When you purchase a kitten it will be agreed upon that if under any circumstances you can not keep it, it will be returned to the breeder for re-placing. It is not to be given away, sold, or taken to a shelter.

Kittens are sold as pets only unless other arrangements are made. We will mail you the registration papers upon receiving proof from your vet that the kitten has been altered. I also want everyone to know that Fuzie Faniez is not a business, it is a hobby.
